1. Find a quiet place,
2. Meditate.
3. As you breathe in, and words emerge,
4. Rising from the depths of your bowels,
5. Let them float away like bubbles,
6. Fleetingly, without meaning.
7. Catch the ones that POP.
8. Slam them onto a blank piece of paper.
9. Breathe out, find peace later.
